Test ride one of the 2009 Wilier bikes - including the Cento
The prestigious Italian road range by Wilier has been a part of Arragons for 2 years now and as we move into season 3, we are proud to hold a couple of the very special flagship Cento bikes in store.
Celebrating 101 years in production, the Cento 101 is dripping in Campagnolo Record and Fulcrum top wheelset, they are truly a work of art.
Helping to further raise the profile of this historic brand, Ballan celebrated becoming World Champion on his Cento!
We are hosting a test drive week from February 14th with a range of bikes available for you to try. Mortirolo, Izoard and of course, Cento. We envisage demand for these bikes to be very high so advise that you get in touch to reserve a bike as soon as possible. We feel it is important to allow an extended test ride and as we are lucky enough to have the bikes in our shop for a week, we are allowing customers who are considering a Wilier, to take the bikes out for an overnight ride in order to really give it a blast.

Suunto Training Devices now in store
We are delighted to announce that we are now stocking Suunto heart rate monitors. For those in the know, Suunto is one of the best names in the industry for accurate and informative training devices.
As you would expect, we have spent a little time testing these units in order to be able to offer the best advice. I’ve got a T6 - the best in class unit with real time information, training effect on the body and even EPOC (the calculation of oxygen consumption flowing round the bloodstream)… I know!!! This unit costs £300 so is really for someone needing complete accurate information and who will transfer the information into a targeted scientific plan.
Phil opted for the more conservative T3. A smashing training monitor, it will devise a workout plan for your optimum development whilst most importantly, preventing over training. He has had his maximum heart rate re-evaluated along with his fitness level – higher than he had first admitted!
Although we have dabbled with heart rate monitors in the past, this is the first time we have allowed our heart beat dictate our training and we have been delighted with the results.
We have a demo T1 for customers to try – this will show you accurate real time heart rate… as it beats. It will give an insight into the technology without being too complicated. Customers can also see the T3 and T6 and how the functions work.
