The Team
![]() Sarah Graham – Heading up Sales and Customer Service, Sarah is our single speed fairly fair weather commuter and team Arragons trick cyclist! She has taken part in local triathlons for years and her biggest achievement so far has to be completing the 2009 Lanzarote Ironman. Sarah is the main point of contact for most browsing customers; she has no technical expertise but as such, is able to talk plain English about the bikes on display! Our product range is tested by staff so the knowledge is first hand. Sarah can break down the jargon and tier a range of bikes suitable for your demands.
![]() Phil Graham – With a First Class Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering and the highest qualifications in the cycle industry under his belt, Phil is the main man in the workshop and has both the skill and ingenuity for any cycling repair. Phil is a keen sportsman with a background in professional rugby but after 3 broken legs, he now spends his free time in the fells or trawling the roads with the Arragons Cycling posse. 2010 will see Phil and the gang embark on a Lands End to John O'Groats in a week challenge, check in for progress reports! If you want technical info, talk to Phil!
Mark Holman - A qualified Cytech 1 & 2 cycle mechanic, he has over ten years experience in the Service Centre. His background is road racing and includes the professional Saltburn Grand Prix when he was a full time amateur cyclist. Mark's specialities include specific cycle fit and custom bike builds. He is fast becoming our off road cycle fanatic as he is discovering the lakeland fells are his playground! Andrew Brooks – Our young cycling all-rounder. Andrew has now finished school and joins us on a full time basis as one of the most enthusiastic and passionate cyclists we know. He excels at road riding both short time trials and day sportifs but is also a raving off road rider who fears nothing! He has extensive knowledge of running parts, cycle specifications – even down to weights! Andrew is currently working through his NVQ Cycle Mechanics Course. Luke Douglas – Our University Apprentice. When he isn’t training at Loughborough or working to his Design Degree, Luke is an integral member of sales staff. A natural athlete, Luke wears the Arragons Jersey with pride and advertised us well in many local road and triathlon events as well as a couple of time trials.
We also have the specialist training services of Stuart Robinson who will provide the ultimate training for you to compete and win! |
