Arragons Returns Policy

Returns 

Terms and conditions of sale - Please read this policy before considering making a purchase with us.

Arragons Cycles takes pride in supplying quality products. Your order is thoroughly checked to ensure the condition of your purchase is perfect and your items are packaged carefully in order to avoid damage in transit. We hope that you will be very satisfied with everything you purchase from us, but we appreciate that sometimes things might not be quite as you’d wanted.

If you decide you don’t want any of the items we have delivered to you, we will be happy to accept items for exchange or refund with a completed authorised returns voucher.  You will need to advise us of your intention to return within 14 days of purchase, items must then reach us within 28 days of your original purchase date.  To advise us of your intention to return and before you make your return, please email returns@arragons.com where we will issue you with an ‘authorised returns voucher’ needed to process your request.

Items returned must be in their original condition, with complete and undamaged packaging. Items must be ready for re-sale; they must not have been fitted, used or worn. An authorised returns voucher is needed for all new unused products being returned for refund along with your original proof of purchase. Items received without the correct documentation will severely delay the returns process. Refunds will not be given without proof of purchase.

It is your responsibility to inspect your goods upon receipt of delivery to ensure they are what you have ordered. Once goods have been used, it will be considered an acknowledgement that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.
The easiest way to make a return is to our store once you have received and completed an authorised returns voucher, but you can also post your item back.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item you return is packaged in a safe and secure manner.  We would recommend that you use a recorded service with insurance covering the value of the item you are returning.  We will not accept returns where the goods or packaging is lost, damaged or not in the condition you received it. All items sent for return will be at your cost, unless they are faulty.

Bikes must be returned in a securely packaged bike box using the packaging advice that was received with the bike. If you no longer have the bike box or packaging advice document, contact returns@arragons.com where arrangements can be made to purchase a replacement bike box. A bike will only be accepted when returned in saleable quality – not used or modified in any way.  The bike must not be scratched or damaged and must be packaged in the way we advise in our packing slip.

Refunds will be issued once the products have been received and inspected by Arragons Cycles, usually within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are not refundable.  We will not refund your postage if you ordered incorrectly or you changed your mind on the item.  We will only refund return postage on damaged/faulty goods.

Refunds will only be returned to the original payment method. If your item was a gift, then a credit to the value of the item returned will be placed against your account.

Items which are exempt from refund or exchange in any circumstance include food, energy product, face masks, personalised goods, software, videos, DVDs, gift vouchers, safety equipment or underwear.

Only non-sale items are refundable. Any item purchased in a sale or through an offer such as BOGOF is exempt from refund or exchange. Items purchased on sale when they are knowingly damaged i.e a scratched bike or damaged packaging are exempt from refund or exchange.

If your item is faulty we will examine it at Arragons Cycles initially, we may then need to send it to the manufacturer for their inspection. We aim to dispatch a replacement, arrange a repair or refund your purchase within 14 days, providing your authorised returns voucher is enclosed with your return along with proof of purchase.  We will only refund the basic delivery cost, if you opted for enhanced delivery for your return, we will still only refund the basic delivery cost.

We will do our best to ensure you receive the best possible customer service & that any items you order are exactly as you intended.  However, if you are dissatisfied with the goods you have received or the service you have been given, please direct your complaint to returns@arragons.com

All goods purchased from Arragons Cycles are covered by warranty, the duration of the warranty will be at least 6 months, more where manufacturers state it. Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse and general wear and tear.

We only use reputable couriers to deliver our stock to you, and items are usually received within 2-3 days.  Shortages or non deliveries must be reported within 5 working days.
